Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We have our quality control team working at our factories to follow up every order and assure good quality and on-time delivery. Our quality control members have plenty of shoes experience for over 20 years. They are very professional in solving technical issues, and they always support our factories to solve potential problems that occur during production.
Quality Control Procedures
Our quality control team members go to factory before raw materials arrive in factory, and we inspect all materials including packing accessories.
We also supervise the wear test and all other requested tests by customer manual.
We check every step of the production processes at our factory to ensure correct quality and proper packing, and we double check every production step in the factory until final inspection and shipping.
Origin of Materials and Components
Most of our raw materials are ordered in local supplier factories and markets. Some of them are imported from overseas factory.
